Identity Wheel
At a recent PA CASA staff meeting, we participated in an activity that allowed us to reflect on our social identities and the impact they have on our lives. We recognize it is essential to identify and express important parts of ourselves and participate in deeper conversations on the various knowledge, skills, and abilities we contribute to our organization.
We encourage individuals and groups to reflect on this visual tool as a way to improve engagement and performance with your coworkers and employees.
