PA CASA Welcomes New Director of Governance, Leyna Rozon
PA CASA is pleased to announce the appointment of Leyna Rozon as our new Director of Governance, effective Monday, August 4.
Leyna brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, training, and program development. She most recently served as the Director of Learning and Innovation at Communities In Schools of Pennsylvania, where she oversaw statewide onboarding, professional development, and compliance for school-based staff. Her career also includes work in accreditation, case management, and continuous quality improvement.
Passionate about ensuring every young person has access to quality education and supportive services, Leyna looks forward to bringing her expertise and perspective to PA CASA. In her new role, she will collaborate with staff and partners to strengthen systems and structures that help programs thrive.
Outside of her professional work, Leyna enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, cheering them on at sporting events, and exploring history documentaries with her fiancé.
We are excited to welcome Leyna to the PA CASA team and look forward to the leadership and vision she will bring to this important role.
