Title VI Complaints
It is the policy of the Pennsylvania CASA Association to provide equal opportunity in employment to all employees and applicants for employment. No person is to be discriminated against in employment because of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, disability (except where the disability would disqualify the applicant because of a bona fide occupational qualification), military/veteran status, sexual preference, political affiliation, or any other protected status as defined by law.
Pennsylvania CASA Association does not retaliate against persons who file a discrimination complaint or lawsuit, who complain about discrimination, or who participate in a discrimination proceeding, such as being a witness in a complaint investigation or lawsuit.
If you believe you have experienced illegal discrimination or harassment, or have witnessed such an incident, you should promptly notify the Executive Director or can file a complaint alleging discrimination with Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency and the Office for Civil Rights at: http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/ocr
